One project that I thoroughly enjoyed was working on a breathtaking 12,000 sq ft waterfront property in Cape Elizabeth, Maine called Hidden Court. This home was featured in House Beautiful magazine soon after the work was completed.
This was part of the homes library. This space was completely remodeled. We added the windows to overlook the courtyard. The tall case on the right is actually a custom built bird cage complete with water, air and lights! 
This was the main addition we added to the home. The large windows took advantage of the commanding ocean view and a kitchen that would keep a smile on any chef's face. The limestone tile was salvaged by the customer's designer from a old villa in France. It looked amazing!!

ReplyDeleteThe process of building a home with ICF blocks is now more straightforward than it has ever been. It may be easier to finish some parts of the building process faster because ICF blocks are already pre-insulated and have attaching strips already built-in. Most of the time, the thickness of an ICF wall can range from 6 inches to 12 inches. In some cases, factors like how well the soil under a border is and how much extra support is needed above a wall can affect how thick it is.
